Directed and Edited a web video for the jewelry store “Jahan” in Geneva

Co-directed, executively produced and edited a web video commercial for the restaurant “Tartares&Co” in Geneva

Directed a “Lamborghini Reventon Roadster” web video for a website named “Future Photography” based in Geneva.
Produced, directed and edited a web video commercial of the boutique store named “Addison” based in Geneva. It was a personal project and not a commissioned one.

Produced, directed and edited a music video called “Under My Toes” for singer-song-writer Theresa Rhodes and her album “The Twisted Logic of Love”.
— 2013 —
Produced and executively produced a horror music video called “The Things I Dread” for singer-song-writer Theresa Rhodes for her album “The Twisted Logic of Love”. The production was shot in Virginia. The video was officially selected at the Sacramento Horror Film Festival (California) and the Miami Short Film Festival (Florida).

Worked for a production company called “Pigs Fly Media” in Washington D.C. as a production assistant on a video commercial called “Word of Mom”. Also worked on editing footage for a web video called “Fundrise Change”.
— 2010 / 2012 —
Worked for “Melrose Cattle Production House” in Virginia, making real estate videos.
During that period, Tarek submitted his thesis short film “The Shoes Maketh The Man” to various film festivals across the US and Europe and won five film awards. In the following year he submitted another short film called “Insomniac” to some other festivals and took home three more awards.

Tarek graduated with his Master’s degree from the New York Film Academy based in Los Angeles. After my graduation, he worked a few more months on my thesis short film, adding some finishing touches on image and sound as well as the packaging, as he felt this was needed before any submissions could be made to film festivals.
